This is our most comprehensive program that is tailor made for you. If you have ongoing health problems or feel as though you are just not where you want to be in terms of your health, this program is for you.  Now, I like to work a little differently to some other practitioners you may have tried in the past. I want you to succeed on this health journey and reach your goals. That's why I ask for a twelve week investment of your time. You will be supported one on one throughout the entire program to ensure your success.

The twelve week program includes:

• Monthly in-depth consultations (4 total)
• Unlimited email support with weekly check ins
• Personalised meal plan with shopping list
• Personalised supplement protocol
• Personalised wellness plan (includes exercise, stress management, mindset and more)
• Recommendations for functional medicine labs with interpretation*
